Choose from dishes such as Chicken 65 with kachumber; Goan beef cutlet with red onion, mint, and garlic mayonnaise; grilled lamb cutlet with Chettinaad spices, potato, and jus; and vegetable-stuffed aubergine steak with butternut squash and peanut sauce, followed by a selection of tempting desserts including chocolate mousse and traditional Indian bhapa doi.
