On 30th October 2025, from 18:30 onwards, Chef Atul Kochhar returns to his roots with a very special menu — A Taste of Bihar. Born and raised in Bihar, Atul’s culinary journey has taken him from the heart of India to becoming one of the UK’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. For one night only, he invites you to explore the flavours that shaped his childhood, reimagined with his signature style.
Expect a journey through the rustic and soulful cuisine of Bihar and Jharkhand, with highlights such as:
• Litti Ghugni – the smoky street food classic of Patna
• Champaran Meat – mutton slow-cooked in a sealed pot with Atul’s secret masala
• Pineapple Khaja with Malai Kulfi – a refined take on traditional festive sweets
Thoughtfully crafted vegan alternatives are available for each course.
The evening is priced at £55.95 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for £45
